Specialist Medical Consultations

We offer both in person and telehealth consultations. The latter is particularly suitable for those for whom travel is inconvenient.

Phototherapy

Phototherapy (light therapy) reduces inflammation and benefits skin conditions such as Psoriasis, Eczema, and Skin Lymphoma. Phototherapy uses the ultra-violet part of the sun’s spectrum, but filers out the most damaging rays of sunlight. It is an efficient way of treating large and challenging body areas.

Biologic and small molecule therapies

Biologic and small molecule therapies target specific parts of cells and cell products (biomarkers) to allow more precise and targeted treatment of inflammatory conditions (such as eczema, psoriasis, lupus etc.) and cancers. They are generally more effective than earlier internal treatments and potentially have fewer side effects. They are mostly only available through specialists as detailed understanding of their proper use is important. Newer biologics may be only accessible through clinical trials. Our experienced nurse works with our specialists to ensure that administrative needs are dealt with efficiently.

Automated Total Body Mapping

Man or machine? Specialist dermatologist skin examination has been the gold standard for skin assessment for the earliest detection and treatment of melanomas and other skin cancers. In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly improved in its ability to help with accurate skin cancer diagnosis although it remains a tool in evolution. Both human experts and current AI technology are nonetheless still imperfect. However, by combining specialist expertise and leading AI capabilities, we seek to best monitor skin & eliminate skin cancer as early as possible.

Skin surgery and Laser therapy

Our facilities are set up for specialist surgical and other physical skin treatments like vascular and pigment laser. We also work closely with leading plastic surgeons who can be consulted appropriately.

Joint injections

Injection of medicines like cortisone and anaesthetics can be used for diverse rheumatological conditions such as Back pain, Bursitis, Gout, Osteoarthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Reactive arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Tendinitis. These specialist administered injections help reduce inflammation and pain as well as restore joint function.

Specialist Allergy testing

Allergy testing can be performed for many different allergies including those from foods, drugs, and environmental allergens. We have expertise in doing and properly interpreting blood, skin prick, and challenge tests. Basic patch tests are performed for common delayed contact allergies if indicated.
